Settled into the south west desert regions of Next Island, these colonists seem to have adapted to a more scavenger based lifestyle. The weaker of the colonists corrupted by the Demra, it is suspected that much of their survival requires raiding other colonies for supplies and utilizing their patched together knowledge of system mechanics.

They have utilized their knowledge and cunning to construct their own weapons, armor and one of the first vehicles we have seen originate from Next Island from materials liberated from other colonies. Unlike their nomadic counterparts the Resa, they seem to be attempting to establish their own structured colonies and agricultural practices.

The more nomadic groups that have broken off from the Stel colonies. They have no visible infrastructure and seem to raid eachothers encampments as much as they do the other established colonies of Next Island. They are scattered all over next island and their intent beyond base survival at the expense of other settlers seems non-existent.
