Here in our Academy Section you can find all the essential information about Entropia Universe. The Academy aims to teach you the basics about the game from the interface to some of the many activities you can participate in. We highly recommend reading these before you start playing.
Remember, if you have further questions about anything in the Academy section, you can always use our Forum to get even more information from the community and Next Island Officials. Additionally, we recommend that you join the Next Island Channel in-game, by typing: “/join #nextisland” in the chat box. Here you can get help from other players and also socialise with our amazing community.
Hunting
Hunting is arguably the main activity in Next Island. Hunting involves killing all kinds of mutants, robots and animals using a variety of different offensive weapons.
Mining
Mining allows you to scour the planets for resources. Resources can be used for crafting and other purposes such as Oil for vehicles. Mining requires more than just one item.
Deeds and Shares
Deeds and Shares are a great way to invest into Entropia. They operate similarly to real life stocks, paying a regular dividend relative to the amount of deeds/shares that you own.
Land and Estates
Entropia Universe offers many types of land areas or estates to allow players to purchase their own virtual real-estate. These fall under a few categories, as will be explained.
Map and Universe
Entropia Universe is a very large place to explore. Entropia comprises of seven individual planets. Some planets also have additional areas.
Crafting
Crafting allows you to take various raw materials from hunting and mining, and create everything from guns to clothes using blueprints.
Auction and Trade
The Auction and player to player Trade form the backbone of Entropia’s economy.In this section we will explore this feature so you can buy, sell and profit.
